Confirmation of Participation with acceptance of T&C
Candidate will be provide followings for participating any job vacancies (soft copies only) -
i. Latest Resume ii.Passport Size Color Photo iii.Self-attested photocopy of ID Proof and address proof (DL/PAN Card/ Passport/Voter Card/Ration Card etc) iv. Photocopies of all the credentials (Degree/Certificates/Awards etc)
We may and may not cross check the references, hence information provided to us must match with the fact sheet and should not lead to any misunderstandings.
It will be candidate´s responsibility to disclose all the important information with regards to his/her past & present employment status failing to which EES shall not be held responsible for the consequences pre and post placements.
During the recruitment process, candidate has to share the all the correspondences and communications made by the party directly to the candidate for ease and prompt responses, should be informed to EES immediately either by email, call, SMS etc.
At any stage of association of services with EES, if EES come to know about any misconduct of the candidate (past or current), any illegal indulgence and activities, he/she undertake to indemnify the EES in all the responsibilities and liabilities arising out of such event/act.
Basis on the point no. 5 if any information kept hidden, EES will immediately black list the candidate from entire industry without any prior intimation.
Achieving job is completely lies up on the candidate´s merit, performance in the interview, skills, qualification and experience, EES does not guarantee to provide job to its members on any personal references.
EES will only play as a recruitment platform and job support agency and in no condition EES shall held responsible for any of the misconduct happens on either party, candidate or company, in what so manner and EES does not hold any kind of liability whether financial/accidental during the course of services extended to the party/client. However EES will maintain complete transparency throughout the process at its stage and will endeavor to guide candidate best possible way to grab the opportunity.
Appointment and rejection of the candidate will be at the sole discretion of recruiter company/client. Recruiter Company also reserves right to cancel the vacancies at any stage and no candidate shall claim job or any kind of compensation either to the recruiter or to the EES.
Decisions taken by the EES at any stage will be the final and bounding to all the candidates in case of Terms, Conditions and Policies.
For matter, dispute will be subject to the Gandhidham (Kutch) jurisdiction only.
